My stay at Lysebu Hotel was filled with ups and downs. The location is stunning, nestled among the trees, and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable. On the downside, I experienced a slow check-in, which felt a bit chaotic given the number of guests. Dining was very nice, with a great five-course meal that blew me away, but I was surprised by the lack of a wine tasting during the wine cellar tour. Overall, I had a nice experience, especially with the fantastic staff and the serene setting.
